This male was seen in and out through traffic and up the pavement, flying up behind a member of the public going about her business before noticing the marked police vehicle turning around.

The Balaclava biker then travels across lanes of oncoming traffic in, travelling on and off pavements at speed before quickly partaking in some kind of relay with another masked friend jumping on.

What little talent they had ran out when they were blocked and brought to a stop by us, detaining the rider.

By the state of the modification, it’s safe to say we’ve done everyone a favour in seizing this and sending it to be crushed.
